Returns or Repair

Note: The Spinstigator is not designed to be indestructible but should hold up fine with a little extra care. A few good rules to follow:
- When you're playing, be sure to loop the cable through the strap as demonstrated, so the Spinstigator rotation device won't drag on the ground where it could be stepped on.
- When you're NOT playing, make sure the portion of cable with the rotation device isn't resting on the floor where it also might get stepped on.
- If your cable gets caught under equipment, etc., remove it without yanking (excessive force may cause the bond near the rotation device to come apart).

The rotary connector contains plastic materials that are sensitive to extreme heat. Overheating can cause reduced life or connector failure. Provide thermal insulation where necessary to prevent temperature of the unit from exceeding 140°F (60°C). Avoid extreme moisture.

Using the Spinstigator with the rotating device pointing below horizontal to hanging upside down, could cause it to malfunction and eventually damaged it. If stored for long periods, it’s preferable to position the rotary connector upright or horizontal.
